36633 RSS to TXT

hi i want a piece of software that will 1) take a set of inputed xml/rss feeds and outputs them to a .txt file 2)remove any words from a specific list (dont want any rude words. I also want it to remove any external links, no htttp://blah 3)will inject a specific phrase/keyword into each converted post. 4)if there are no updated posts since the last visit then move onto the next feed in the list. It has to work with places like [login to view URL] [login to view URL] , The end tool must work and be easy to use complete stable It must include instructions of how to use it, i hate having to guess what I am supposed to do.. I want this relatively quick.. so dont quote a week if you cant do it for a month please. I am happy to get quotes on a server side or desktop solution to this. Hope this all makes sense.. Paul
