Search Engine Project In PHP + Mysql

Hello All, I am intrested in developing my own Search engine - the search engine I need is some what faster, reliable, and have an ability to provide spelling check. Also I dont want a META SEARCH ENGINE - I want my own personal search engine - which will have an ability to for users to do the following :- Add URL Advertisement ( TEXT AD - Banner Image Ad ) ( Sales Revenue, Invoicing - Total Sales And Accounting system in the admin area so that the admin can check how much earned with advertisement , e.t.c. ) Jobs Posting Thru ( Admin Area ) And can be visible to every ONLINE --- Nothing special - I dont want username and password for user - just simple job posting thru admin area and than the VISITOR can able to see that pOsting online. Search can be WEB - IMAGES - DIRECTORY - GROUPS =============================================== We wanted to build our search engine meaning first we wanted to grab and store everything in the DATABASE From major search engInes such as Yahoo - Google . We will store all the data for least 1 Year our DATABASE, once we stored least around 1 to 4 Million searches stored in our Database than we will send our engine online but dont worry , you will be paid once the project is completed either with few weeks or 1 month. But We wanted to stored the results and the searches from the WEB, GROUPS, IMAGES. For storing the searches we want you to build some kind'a spider which will run either via cron or somethign and only grab searches from the above major search engines and thru admin area it can also mentioned what we've stored and how much data we've stored - it can provide the exact and correct amount of the data stored in the database - I wanted to use either perl or php. The database I will be using is MYSQL - the engine has to be superfast. Also you guys can pmb me and leave your ideas and the offcourse the lowest price bid will take that project, so please note that bid lower $ 500 as thts my budget and thats wht I am willing to pay.
