Affiliate Link Cloaker

I am looking for an affiliate link cloaker similar to Power Link Generator Samurai Link Cloaker and Go Try This... This job should be easy for someone familiar with these types of applications. I want it to be easy to install and easy to use. I also would like a tracking screen that shows the number of clicks on the affiliate links similar to the screen in Go Try This. Logging clicks per day and their originating source. The links should be cloaked with Javascript so that when you view the source code you can not see the raw affiliate link. It should also be able to drop affiliate cookies in all browsers effectively. I would like it to convert links such as www.yoursite.com/hop=kdjuh Typical affiliate links. To something like [login to view URL] Contact me if you have experience creating these types of applications.
