Fully operational website required

I need a simple and easy to use professional website with its own unique branding that will take online orders via a web form and allow the taking of payment via credit cards, paypal or google checkout. Orders can also be taken via email. The functionality will be the same as a competitor website ([[login to view URL]][1]) but with better seo, title pages, layout, colour scheme and ease of use. I want the site to be fully configurable including: product list, prices, delivery cost calculations. Other websites that can be looked at can be found by typing "thesis binding" in google. As we will be a competitor, we will offer similar if not the same service. The site should be optimised for 5 keywords and have a conversion tracking system installed (in addtion to an adwords tracking system) The backend order management system will email to an administrator all details of orders and whether or not they have been paid for and the uploaded pdf document as an attachment (if less than 2MB) or a link to the attachment. All work must be original and royalty free and all copyright will belong to us.
