online streaming video program

i have a social website that i would like to add live streaming embeded video onto the people's profile pages...take a look [login to view URL] i would like a program that add a video player to their profiles..they should be able to use a webcam or video camera and stream from their computer onto the site...... i understand this will take some programming so maybe i can have a php program work with u to achieve this goal...please send me examples of website u have done that handles video....
