Quick CSS / HTML work..

I have a large graphic I want to use as a website. I have taken this from Flash .. we want to make this easier to edit, so HTML would be preferred. You will make me a functioning site with working menu. I will describe more in detail.. ## Deliverables Hope all is well with you. I have a small project for you. Originally I paid $200 to get this Flash site designed by somebody. The problem is he was never available to do updates for us and I didn't know too much about flash. He took on too many projects and didn't seem interested in us. He also didn't like designing websites as he was a graphic designer. I have taken screen shots and converted it to one big JPG. It will needed to be cut up and made working as you see fit. I will attach the graphic here for you to see and tell you below what I want done. The top sky will be a header where I can insert the band's name. The middle section I'd like a transparent layer above the background.. there is where all the content will load. You should be able to scroll the information in that section, but the background remains fixed. The bottom section has two menus. Not sure how you want to get this working. Look at the picture you will see hidden buttons in it. Maybe those can be an image map? You tell me. Last time they lit up when you hovered over them. They do not have to light up, though. Just working is fine. All the way on the bottom is the second menu for easier navigation. I'd like that cutoff and instead placed on top under the header. It can be just text like on the [login to view URL] site menu or it can be graphics. These should light up when you hover over them. I'd like them to be able to post on the news page easily, since they're a band and not web designers. The journal page we can probably link to their page on blogspot.com. The press page will have a short biography, and some quotes about them. The tour dates page will be similar to the news page.. easy for them to update. The releases page will show a picture of their only release. The media page will display their music video which is linked on YouTube. Might also show some live video of them I shot on YouTube. Some pictures also. Contact page will link to their MySpace page. Links will have some links. Guestbook will have a guestbook people can sign. Edited Note: I may accept a higher bid than $50, but I can't go crazy here. I'm paying for this out of my own pocket.
