rip a website (the php code)

i have a website in mind which is a simple 1 page sales letter with php form. i have ripped the entire site images and html but need some assistance in setting up the php. this is a quick project for someone that knows how. domain will be given to project winner however i garentee it is a simple 1 page site with a form at the bottom, no other complications. website is bleupilldotcom i need an exact working copy
