Simple web page data parsing project

I have a single web page where I wish to parse data from. All I need is the following from UNSOLD properties: - image url - address - price - property type (condo, detached, etc.) - # of beds - link to more info The image URL may be a bit tricky, since some times there is a sold graphic placed over it, so you would have to parse both in that case.
