Zen Cart Tax Report Modification

Add the ability to sort the "Monthly Sales and Tax Summary Report" Zen Cart module by Zone Definition. The Zen Cart module Monthly Sales and Tax Summary Report can be found here: [login to view URL] The report currently displays all orders where taxes were assessed. I would like to add the ability to filter the report by Zone Definition. I have three Zones Definitions: NY Sales Tax, LA Sales Tax and CT Sales Tax. I would like to have a drop down that will allow me to filter the results of this report by the Zone Definition (the available options in the drop down would be: All Zones: all transactions NY Sales Tax: only transactions where NY Sales tax was assessed LA Sales Tax: only transactions where LA Sales tax was assessed CT Sales Tax: only transactions where CT Sales tax was assessed Aside from the added ability to filter by Zone Definition, functionality for this report should remain as is. NOTE: I would be willing to consider generating four separate reports rather than dynamically building them based on a Zone Definitions drop-down if this alternative is easier and more reasonably priced.
