569679 Python 3.2 Pickle Load Results in EOFError Randomly 2 2

I have a python script which reads data from the internet, processes it, and then stores it in a dictionary. At the end of each cycle, the dictionary is the pickled. This program works fine however, every now and then, there is an issue when I try to open the dictionary backup. I get an EOFError error message. I WILL BE AWARDING THE PROJECT TO MULTIPLE PROGRAMMERS!!! So please submit you bid and then in 2 days I will select multiple programmers. I will then provide access to a server where the script runs for debugging. Whoever can provide me with a solution (not a work around) first will be awarded their bid. I will place one hundred dollars in escrow for this project, if your bid is slightly higher I will place more money in the escrow when you have found a solution.
