Fix Errors with PHPmyAdmin running on IIS

I am getting the following errors/warnings that I need resolved; 1. The additional features for working with linked tables have been deactivated. To find out why click here. 2. Cannot load mcrypt extension. Please check your PHP configuration. 3. The configuration file now needs a secret passphrase (blowfish_secret). 4. Your PHP MySQL library version 5.0.51a differs from your MySQL server version 5.1.49. This may cause unpredictable behavior. I need someone to work on this right away.
