Free bsd and php - open to bidding

Hi. I live on the East Coast and I'm a US Citizen and native English speaker. I've got experience in all the technologies you mention from 2 years to about 12 years. In particular, I've been programming PHP for the past 4 years, I've dealt with all kinds of DBs for the past 14 years, I've dealt with UNIX for 18 years (some free bsd, redhat, centos, solaris), and a few other things. How much time are you looking for? I like to charge $18 an hour - is that ok? You can obviously drop off anytime. I've been looking for a full time job for a few months and I usually make about $50/hr. If I find a job, then I'd want to wind down my part time things to just a few hours but I wouldn't just leave you hanging and I'd still be around to answer questions and help out.
