294931 Traffic / link exchange script

I need a traffic exchange script added to this site: [login to view URL] What I am needing is similar to other funny video sites out there. For example on [login to view URL] there are links on the right hand side called Friends of Stupid. Then when you click 'submit your site' you see this page: [login to view URL] This is exactly what I am wanting. Basically I would set the number of links that would show up on my sidebar. The overflow links would go to another page (single page). The script would have to be able to detect how many clicks are coming through each link so that it can rate the links in order of Highest incoming traffic to Lowest Incoming traffic. Another example would be this: [login to view URL] This one updates stats regularly to order the links. I want something similar. Please PMB with your plan and samples of similar work if you have done this before. Thanks.
