Real Estate Website

I work in real estate. So, what I need is a good listing site. And also I have to be able to update daily. Good model websites: [login to view URL] -I like the clean style of it. No complication. But I shouldn't give out information like the address or telephone number, because I get paid by buildings (not by clients), and if people go by themselves, buildings save money and I gain nothing. [login to view URL] -This is a very good listing database. And if you click the title, you can see more descriptions. But instead of building a comprehensive search engine with a map, I want to build a very specified database with a few categories with a simple sorting system by size, neighborhood, available date. I already have a real-estate management script however I can't get it to work would need a programmer to debug it for me and get it to work nicely and make the necessary changes to the script as I say. I also want someone who can allow me to test out and preview the work. I need this done in 2 weeks. I am just starting up this company so my budget is rather low..but the progammer that bids n wins n does a great job will get the contracts for my larger sites n enhancements to this website. I promise. I can only afford a max of $200
