Weather by Zipcode Or City

I need a Weather by Zipcode script integrated into my existing php web application, this Weather by Zipcode module should display the current weather for the current logged in member based on the users zipcode id it is a United states member. I don't currently have a script or have one in mind so I am open to suggestion. I require the module to place on the members' profile page and should be date sensitive meaning the weather is displayed based on the current system date and the user zipcode. The module should give the user the ability to see next day weather by clicking a link. The data should be pulled from a weather website.
