Need Someone to Mod My Social Engine (v4)

Looking for someone who can help me create some simple mods for my Social Engine based site. I have about 13 mods I want to do. These are just two test mods to check your qualifications. If you do a good job of the below I have jobs lined up! What I am looking for is someone who I can go to long terms for mods. I am also looking for someone who can make these mods for a very low price. The two test mods I have in mind; 1) Multi Admin System I need my SE install modified so that admins of groups can appoint other admins in the SE 4 group plugin. 2) Share System I would like a modification where users are promoted to share new posts on Facebook upon post creation. They should be given a popup that looks nice and says "Would you like to share this one Facebook?" The popup should have a discreet "Don't show this again" option somewhere so people can opt out of being asked to share content. The popup should also appear when a member; creates a group, blog, album, video or poll. The title of the popup should say "Help support {website name} - Share this."
