Craigslist Flagging Bot

I am looking for someone to make a little bot or piece of software that would run on my desktop. that can do the following: Scrape CL for specific verbiage in ads Be able to change IPs that I can load into it Flag ads I'm looking for something that I can just load the ads in after they are scraped, load IPs into it and let it work on it's own. If you already have something like that and you didn't make it as an exclusive bot/program for another person, that would be fine. This is for personal use.
