Magento development , update, and website modifications

I have a number of items to modify on my magento site. I need a upgrade. I need some pages modified with additional information. I have a contact form on the website, right now it emails me the contact information. I want something written so all submitted contact forms are organized inside magento, and i can export the details when i want, i can also sort through by model number.
