Need to add a reseller section on my website

I have a website [login to view URL] that requires a reseller area. This area will be login protected with a reseller login and password. We will create reseller logins and password should be changeable by the reseller anytime. The reseller part will use same header and footer as rest of the website, it will have a small area to describe what is the reseller program and then forms that will take an order. The forms will have drop down fields to select particular variety and color and quantity. There will be a photo of each variety in the left column ( total 10 photos max). Once resellers finish the form and submit, it should send us an e-mail to a registered e-mail address with the form details properly arranged. Overall its a one page project which uses a new database table for reseller login and password for authentication, uses existing database tables for the form drop down and then generates a well formatted e-mail and sends it. Also a way for a reseller to chance her password. It should be designed such that we can change photos in the html files and a way to add logins to the database. The existing site is a zencart site.
