Need Twitter follower automation script

I need a script that would: 1) Grab a text file with 2 values per line, Username and password and choose a target twitter account. The script would then log in into every account in the text file and follow the target twitter account. The script should be able to run on HTML and not Twitter API to avoid API limits. The script should be able to use proxies also defined in another text file. Script should randomize time between follows in a user defined fashion (min seconds and max seconds to wait between tasks). The script should emulate human behavior. Script must be PHP and you should be ready to provide updates on an on call basis for changes in Twitter that would otherwise break the script.
