Parcel Delivery Terminal

I am interested in designing a software for my project on parcel delivery system is a locker with GSM/Network enabled for data transfer and a barcode reader the following is the work flow:\r\n\r\n1) delivery man comes to locker enters agent code.\r\n2) on correct agent code the system prompts for scanning the parcel on the barcode \r\n3) after authenticating the barcode on the server the system trigger the cabinet in the locker to open.\r\n4) parcel is placed in the locker and door is closed.\r\n5) locker system sends the information of delivery to the server who notifies the customer with an SMS and an Email With locker no. and a one time password (OTP).\r\n6) customer check in the locker system by entering the his identification provided during registration on the web application.\r\n7) system after authentication prompts for the OTP after entering the password the cabinet in the locker opens.\r\n8) close the door.\r\n\r\nNotes:\r\nA. Will require API integration with ecommerce & courier companies\r\nB. Payment gateway is already in place and would just require API connectivity\r\nC. All designs will be provided for the terminal touch screen; etc.\r\n\r\nThis is just a gist of information please provide me weather you can develop the system or not we would require you to develop both locker management system as well as the delivery management system which is on the server through web platform.
