PHP image host modifications(repost)

Through the site's admin you can add Ads on top, bottom, left and right of the pictures. Right now, it's only possible to add these ad codes per category, so all pictures under a particular category will show the SAME ads as the category. For the Webmaster: I need to be able to add Ad codes to any picture INDIVIDUALLY, regardless of the main category. In other words I wish to control ad codes per picture as well, not only per category. IMPORTANT: I still need to be able to add Ad codes by category, the way the site is currently working, BUT I need to include an option, some box you check or similar, to allow placing Ads on individual images. This option will be on the Settings page of the Admin and be named ADS PER SINGLE IMAGE option. ## Deliverables For visitors: I need to add a PUBLISH link next to UPLOAD YOUR IMAGE link so visitors upload their individual pics and be able to include their desired top, left, and right Ad codes (except bottom Ad code) AND if they upload a zip file with pics, they'll have the possibility to define top, left, and right ad codes for the zip file as a whole (except bottom ad code, which is controlled by webmaster). Once visitors click on the publish button, they will access a page like the POST YOUR IMAGE page but they will also have boxes to introduce the ad codes on top, left and right.
