Im testing a Wowza server from [login to view URL] and need it tweaked for live streaming. I read somewhere the default config file is set for 728 MB RAM, and settings can be tweaked if you are running Hex core processors. With the default setup I'm getting buffering issues with 2 viewers watching 1 live stream at 320x240, 256 Kbps. I'm also using [login to view URL] video chat software to broadcast streams to the Wowza server. It's a great video/chat progam, but I'm sure I should be able to handle way more connections with this server. So I'm looking to have my Wowza configuration set so I should have no issues with 300+ connections. Wowza Media Server RAM: 16 GB Operating System: Red Hat Linux Enterprise Raid Card: RAID 0 Platform: Intel Xeon L5639 Hex Core 2.13 Ghz 12 MB Cache Traffic: 15000 GB Port Speed: 1000 Mbps Optional Software: None

Hi, Yes, you can and you have to increase default memory limit. Wowza is a java based server, so you have to configure its vm and heap sizes, max thread counts. max connection count so it will take maximum use of available hardware. I'm well experienced in Red5, Wowza and adobe media server configurations. So I can get this job done 99.99 perfectly. All I need is a way to access the server. Either direct ssh or via team viewer session. Looking forward to work with you. THanx
