84697 PHP Project - Article Script

I am needing a script script similar to the one run here on Scriptlance but with a twist. You are free to create this project from scratch or I can purchase the freelancer script and you can modify it. Here's what I'm needing. Just as Scriptlance put "webmasters" and "programmers" together... I am wanting a site for "webmasters" and "writers". If you have ever posted an article on a article directory... you know that you post your article, you get the benefits of haveing the one way link back to your site and then other webmasters can download the article and post it as content on their site (assuming the "about the author" section remains in tact. The problem with this is that the search engines can penalize you for duplicate content since so many sites have the exact same article. What I need is a script that allows the "writer" and the "webmaster" to create an account. The webmaster would need the ability to list his websites and the data about the site (Pagerank, traffic, and etc). The writer would also need the ability to publish his articles and then indicate which type of sites that he is interested in having the article published (keywords, minimum PR, and etc. The article is then read by the webmaster and if they so choose then the "accept" the article. Then, similar to scriptlance, it allows the writer to then view the webmasters who want to publish the article and then select one of them. Once the webmaster and writer select each other then the article is removed from the site. I hope you can understand that. Thanks, Dave
