Website - user focused

We are looking for someone to work with our graphic designer to build a Website. This website will require the user to access our website and be able to search (our database) for businesses that offers the services they require by entering a user chosen location. This search will require extended capabilities to refine search by checking additional choices. The initial database is basic name address phone etc but will need to have capabilities to allow access to potential customers to upgrade their subscription to include blurb and photos email / website link and Google map. We need help with website backend build and database also we need to integrate a basic virtual shop linked to PayPal and Limited Customer access to update photos and blurb. We need several other interface pages - discounts and special that can be updated regularly - a simple review feedback section like eBay. to be able to create user and customer profiles
