Customizing Outlook2002 forms

Will appreciate anyones assistance. I've designed a custom outlook 2002 form based on company requirments. I have 3 problems that I couldn't what so ever fix and therefore would appreciate anyones help in the matter -Disabling buttons (add, reset) in the category list -Allowing custom fields to retain data when clicking save as in new company -Allowing Inteliisense to work in custom forms, (Phone numbers auto fix code etc) thanx a million ## Deliverables -Disabling buttons (add, reset) in the category list -Allowing custom fields to retain data when clicking save as in new company -Allowing Inteliisense to work in custom forms, (Phone numbers auto fix code etc) ## Platform Windows XP Oulook 2002-XP
