VB.NET editor for 4 tables(repost)

Hi, I need VB.NET 2003 editor for 4 MS SQL Server 2000 tables. Please, see screenshot. ![Database diagramm][1] Backup of MS SQL Server database - attached. As you can see: Customers, Products, Invoices. Invoice can have Invoice details. User can add/edit/delete data in these 4 tables. User can navigate to first/prev/next/last record. User can select from combobox where it possible. Deadline is strict, but: 1. You can bid $30+ 2. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
