Simple Wordpress installation

I need a Wordpress expert for a fresh installation. There is no coding or design involved. We have purchased a Wordpress template and we need an installation + a few plugins. What you are required to do is: - install Wordpress - install the template (liaise directly with template designer for support) - install plugins: Google Analytics (Web Ninja is an option), Site in maintenance, Google Monthly XML Sitemap, Akismet, multilingual ([login to view URL] is an option) You are required to make the website FULLY multilingual using whatever plugin you wish if WPML is not the best one. The template must be fully translated, INCLUDING widgets, tabs...etc... Different languages in directories ([login to view URL] - English (default language), [login to view URL] - French, [login to view URL] - Dutch, etc.). A drop-down list at the top-right for language selection. SEO: URL rewriting Security: htaccess file You will be provided 5 to 10 copyrighted articles with photos in different languages to insert in different categories to test the language selection process. You must NOT use these articles anywhere else.
