Basic Web Design and Logo

I am looking for a freelance designer or company that can design a simple but good looking website design and logo. The overall look of the design should be keeping with the current trend, be more simplistic while being appealing to the visitors of the site. The sits name is [login to view URL] and its slogan is Your #1 source of Fairy Tail (the slogan shoud be incorporated into the banner/logo. The logo should incorprate an image of Lucy Heartphilia as she is the main character of the anime Fairy Tail. This is purely a fan-site and no material will be sold. However, please make sure to leave spaces for ads. There will not be many pages therefore the task itself is not that huge. We need to have a main home page developed as well as a subpage/additional pages for entries (a subpage that will have the same layout and design for each entry made). Other than that there is not much else. This website will be hosting videos and users should be able to leave comments below. The website should be delivered in HTML and CSS, photoshopping should be kept to a minimum, but some may be accepted (logo is of course an exception). This is to cut down on the loadtime, as the site may have lots of traffic at times. The website should be compatible with all browsers, IE8+, Chrome 7+, Firefox 3,6+, Safari. Design must have no use of java or flash. JavaScript will be accepted, it is something we for sure could use, but not essential. Your skills should definitely revolve around CSS, HTML and Photoshop. Demo-data should be displayed everywhere where data (text) could be displayed. To evaluate your skills and whether you are the right candidate for the task, we require a test logo to be created (name is: Queenfairytail) along with examples of previous work that show off your skill (the more the better for your chances of being selected). You are welcome to add a watermark to your logo to protect your work. We promise quick payment once the design and logo has been created to a satisfactory level.
