Creative, Responsive, User and SEO Friendly Web Design (PHP MYSQL) - repost

We are a cleaning company based in London (Wimbledon) and we are looking for a professional, responsive, eye catchy, user and search engine friendly website design and development done by a team or a professional freelancer using Php MySQL. We are ideally looking for a bespoke logo and the design of the pages, our main concern is that our customers should LOVE the graphics and fall in love with extra ordinary functions and features - The website should not have black theme or black garaphics, it should be bright, easy to read, navigate, easy to move from one page to the other, and all the information published on it in a nice and professional way Customers online should be able to change the colour of the website and increase and decrease the font size....the website should load very very fast, and it should have 3 navigations, top, left hand, and bottom.....The designer should design our social media pages as well and link it to our website. Our website should have different calculators, such as, carpet cleaning, end of tenancy cleaning, domestic cleaning, spring cleaning, and so forth....we can provide samples which you need to integrate. The website should have a powerful newsletter system, easy to fill contact forms, and so forth. We are ideally looking for someone which can understand our concerns with as little information provided......Ideally, you are aware about online and digital marketing and know what it takes to build a website which does good business online including helping people trust the website and the company, by knowing their needs and building the graphics and development, in order to make it easy for customers to find their respective information. Through this website, we will also have a login system, for our customers, which can signup to pay online via their debit and credit cards and paypal, and at the same time download their invoices, send us an email through their login, our cleaners can login to read their jobs, print their jobs, upload their invoices in their login for the jobs they have done (word, pdf etc file supported) This website will also calculate the money due on customers, e.g. if the total price was £100 and the customer has only paid £50 , then it will show that the customer has to pay, it will automatically find out when the whole payment has been done.....the same goes to our cleaners (self employed cleaners). we can see the jobs we have not paid for... we can also manually change the jobs we have paid and the jobs which are due to be paid we are looking for safe, secure website, which is just amazing, gives a great image of our company for both our residential and corporate customers We are ideally looking for experienced people (not freshies) If you have got all in place, and you can work under pressure, can accept and take on challenges and good a job. You can ideally hope to get this project and many more projects, as we are going to build over 600 websites for every town in London We also need calculators in the website, where customers can build their own quote, using calculator, and pay through debit card/credit card or paypal or simply enquire about the service.
