Existing Website Updates -Convert a Template to a Website, update programming/functions

We need an expert in providing our existing website FindLessonsNow dot com and sister site FindClassesNow dot com with graphic design changes that have already been completed. These designs will be provided in layered PSD [login to view URL] image will rotate every 6 seconds. Please note: Programming PSD to website integration design is similar design with logo/name difference between 2 websites. The Additional work is shared CMS and will only need to be done 1 time. Pages to be implement PSD design are: 1) Home Page - See attached design 2) How It Works page redesign - same functions 3) Header and Footer graphic modification throughout website. Additional work- Change/Adjust current functions: SHared CMS - only need changes for one (1) [login to view URL] effect both sites. 1) Search Map should “Zoom in/out” when search filter of distance is [login to view URL] Map View to be 50 mile radius. 2) Image upload edit capabilities- images uploaded that do not fit or resolution issue. See Facebook as example.- Re-position image function. Include for CMS admin image size/function upload. 3) Add new “Pin it” option to ANY image uploaded on website by users. New Pinterest feature. 4) Correct current GeoCoding API to appropriate v2/v3 for more accurate geo-locate function. This will also need to auto-fill/return search results, when user selects tiles or Bucketlist categories from Homepage along with Geo-locate function. One click to return search results. 5) CMS - Bulk Upload for listings not allowing upload with all fields correctly. Determine glitch and adjust to correct. Current Framework is CodeIgniter, Webserver Appache, PHP. Please use FireBug App to confirm current website code and ability to complete before submitting proposal. Work to be completed with live demo for FIndCLassesNow dot com for approval before live server implementation. Same approval process for FIndLessonsNow dot com integration. Terms: Only one Milestone for complete project bid amount to be released after successful live demo, approval, and successful live server integration for both domains so we know that changes are correctly working on our server. NDA agreement and form required. *Potential additional programming work needed on this site with more in-depth programming corrections will be made available to successful bidder for additional fee/bid.
