Handshakes template skin/design

We are looking for a skinner/designer to skin our DZOIC Handshakes community script. We have the design as a PSD and it was already cut up for another community script, but we had to switch communities, so we need this one tweaked. At this point, we're only looking for someone to change the visual feel and layout (CSS Style Sheet and 1 or 2 minor tweaks), but we'll want the person to later tweak the site more in depth (installing mods, etc). We have the design and we even have the cut up CSS (just formatted for another script) and a good developer will have our business on nearly a monthly basis. Please consider this when placing your bid. Bidders must be familiar with DZOIC Handshakes. People have attempted to con us in the past, so no con artists. You must be able to deliver the final product within 2 weeks of start. We will reserve the right to ask for modifications, but we're fair and realistic. If it's something we added after the fact, then we'll compensate accordingly out of respect. We're cool to work with and are tech-savy ourselves, just not in scripting.
