Logo and website design

This is for a company: startup in - services: Web application development Mobile software solutions development Support and Testing and Reporting services (Etudes et Conseils) - solutions: Software solutions - implementation and support Security solutions for Enterprise Networks Software solution integration ERP/CRM Solutions Work to do: 1. Design a logo : I have a png that represents the logo, but I want it with illustrator (or something else) 1.1: print different sizes (8x8, 16x16, 32x32, 48x48, 200x200) in png (and ico?) 1.2: generate a [login to view URL] from the logo 1.3: logo should "support" transparent background 2. Design a website (in french, all text will be provided) 1.1: the website to create should look like this: [login to view URL] 1.2: number of main pages = 6: Welcome page, Services, Solutions, References, About Us, Contact Us 1.3: number of pages with menus = 2: Service page(4 items) and Solution page(4 items) should have a menu (see "Service Page" on the reference site - [login to view URL]) 1.4: no database required 1.5: 1 php form required 3. Create a flash banner presentation 3.1: The flash presentation should display 5 pages continuously. 3.2: The displayed pages should represent : the company, the technology used, the services, the solutions ans the references. 3.3: "The company" : maybe display the logo and some texte 3.4: "The technology": we provide images to make a mosaic + some text 3.5: "The services": you must find a "generic image" that represents our services 3.6: "The solutions": you must find a "generic image" that represents our solutions 3.7: "The reference": we provide images to make a mosaic + some text 4. Create some images or icones: 4.1: general rule: no image with humans, all must be computers, networks and service related 4.2: see the reference site: main images (Service, Solution, References) will be on the Welcome page while other images can be like icones and smaller (120x70 or less), on other pages 5. A design for a brochure ( A4 recto verso) + a design for business card: 5.1: either you give us something for this point (I promise I won't be picky as far as colors and fonts fit with OUR THEME), or 5.2: you bid whithout this point, in this case, please say that in your message. 6. Link with Google Analytics (we provide the required js script to add to all pages) Regards,
