NOPIOnline Clone very Basic Auto Parts w/ search Engine

[login to view URL] CLone, Very Straight Forward SQL searchable Database/ Not Flashy / Easy to update, maintain, add products and photos of parts. We are an Auto parts dealer and wholesaler. We need someone to design a automotive parts database website w/ vehicle specific search capabilities that has Secure Login Capabilites (Hack Proof). We already have the domain name, we have [login to view URL] self-managed host for another website of ours but another could be suggested if it will make future administration easier. We want it to work with a payment gateway Authorize.net. We need to be able to allow our customers to find all parts that fit their certain vehicle. For example: Customer has 95 Eclipse. Any parts in our database that fit a 95 Mitsubishi Eclipse need to come up in the search results. We would also need to have an option for or check box for universal parts and possibly sub-menus. I am a System Administrator and HelpDesk Manager of about 50 networks, I have very limited Web Admin skills, I have installed MYPHP on IIS on Windows 2003 but would like this to be built around a Windows Environment for future Administration.
