Oscommerce like Gifts.com

Need to build a site that looks and works like gifts dot com. This means selecting an appropriate template from templatemonster. customising the template. building the oscommerce site. modifying the standard oscommerce site to meet the same front end functionality as gifts dot com. this will include setting up example products like gifts dot com and proving that the navigation works the same as the gifts dot com site. i'm a very good php programmer and have been doing so for many years. i just don't have the time to do this myself. anyone interested must demonstrate thier abilities with appropriately similar projects. thanks for the interest.
