OSCommerce to Magento Conversion

We have a fully functional copy of our website ([login to view URL]) running on a local Linux test server (Ubuntu 9.04) with full latest LAMPs installed. You will be given privileges to access this test server to any extent you require. We want to convert our OSCommerce-based site to a Magento site. As this is a one time conversion, we're just looking to get everything established on our local server and we'll upload to the off-site web server. The finished job requires that the new site looks and operates the same as the OScommerce-based site. The finished job should provide us with complete access to edit and modify the site using Magento at our discretion. Our future plans call for separating content such that certain data (pricing data for our services) can be controlled via SQL from our main back-end database (but that's another project). All work done on the test server. You can cruise through our site to see the functionality and number of pages/categories involved. As we're selling a service and not a product there is no check-out section.
