php website as discussed in our previous project -- the project was "closed" by freelancer, but we STILL want to move forward. we had many very good bids already, so there is NO need to rebid on this -- we are selecting from among those who BID PREVIOUSLY on the project that was closed. THANK YOU ANYWAY to anyone else interested. First, we want to make SURE that working with YOU will not involve us working with TEN other people we do not know. We want to work with just ONE person and have a very personalized experience, as our clients are very interested in personal service. In the course of this design, things may change, and we just want to know that we have ONE faithful person working with us (and not disappearing or giving us to work with other people). Here is the new project description -- and THIS site will, LATER, develop into a much more complicated site which will be "phase 2" of the site. For now, our client wants to begin with a SIMPLE launch of their site, and later, they will be adding some content-management and database driven tools - which would be another project we would hope to work on with you. Design and programming for overall site construction in accordance with client preferences (modern, business-oriented site); initially, provide sample site designs (sample homepages) and adjust as per recommendations; most pages include simple text and images (supplied by client) and links.
