Pronto Pizza web site

The site is a CRM specific to pizza stores, so if you have expirience in CRM, pizza bussiness or food bussiness you are one step ahead. This is the first phase of the site, more work will come soon, I estimated the complete web site project in more than 500 hours. This first phase should take less than 50 hours. I prefere to deal with companies instead of an alone programmer because of resources and future multi knowledge I will need. I´m looking for companies with knowledge in mobile and facebook too for future versions. TDD , OOP and UML deliveries will be a differenciation. The website has to support multi-language using resource files to the fixed text, with html mark up texts. Probably the best way is to define a xml file for each menu and store them in a folder named with the language code. For database values I´ve already made the modelling to support multi-language fields. I want a light UI, probably using some kind of framework to change it easy if necessary. Feel free to suggest a ui framewok, better if it´s free. I also have already made the mocks at lumzy. I´ve also made flowcharts at [login to view URL] of the new account and login process. I hope that next featurs will be shorter, ideally one functionality/flowchart at a time, this way is easier to budget , with 50 % / 50 % milestones. Attached are the milestones.
