Real Estate website revamp

I purchased the real estate script from emophp ([login to view URL]) and need to revamp my website ([login to view URL]) with custom layout, design and some extra features. I want something similar to the layout, sections and functionality of the following sites with fresh new look: [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] but also retaining the existing property listings, property details layout, and logo. Some of the items also need to be included, such as 1. Auto generate PDF file from the property listing, for example like: [login to view URL] 2. Able to put up news and articles and easily manage from the admin page. 3. Able to put up advertisements and google ads & yahoo ads 4. Modify the existing user place listing page to be more user friendly and so that it is easier for the user to manage the listing. 5. User able to upgrade to featured listing easily by choosing featured listing package with links to payment channels. 6. User able to upload advertisement ads/banner ads with easy to manage banner ad and payment. 7. Property listing package management, admin able to create and modify different pricing for different listing package. 8. Create a NEW type of package for developer to put their property advertisement. Developer's project normally consist of several types of properties and requires a different type of layout from the property listing.
