Responsive website providing a community service to offer sharing of various everyday assets between community people based on their geographic location. Following is the outline of the system features. Website - Homepage o Carousel displaying various admin defined ads which are modifiable and can be controlled based on time period. o Side bars/columns displaying ad tags from third party ad server like google. o Section displaying the most recent offerings and wanted based on current user location which will be derived based on user IP address. Each item will have a link to view the details of the item. o Search section to search based on keywords and expandable to advance search with option like nearby locations, date period, wanted / offering. o Section displaying how it works. o Menu Section displaying links to sign in / profile, registration, social sharing, about us, contact us, advertise with us. Registration Page & Sign In o Page for registration which will allow user to register using facebook, twitter or email id. o Basic registration details will be name, email and mobile (non-mandatory) based on which a confirmation email will be sent to the user to activate the account. Once activated within specified period it will allow user to post and request new items. Profile Page o Once logged in, user can manage his profile data which will be categorized into 3 sections  Personal Details  Recently viewed items  Items Details  Items Details will have option to add a new item.  Inbox displaying all the items requested by other users and all the items requested by the logged in user himself.  Items requested and approved will show a timeline of days remaining to deliver the item.  User has option to approve or cancel a request.  The request details will be shown as a popup along with the requester popularity.  For requested items by other users an option to approve which will send an email + sms to the requester. The requester inbox will be provided option to pay the amount using paypal (if enabled) else to simply accept the item offering (this must be done within 12-24 hours (timelimit definable) of item getting approved by the offerer). Search Page o Advance search with option like nearby locations, date period, wanted /offering, ratings. o On searching it will display the results in progressive loading pattern with the brief information about the item along with its user popularity. - Add Item Page o Once logged in user can add a new item to the website, user will be allowed to add a limited amount of items specified in the admin for free, and if a paid user it will allow him unlimited. Since currently the paid user option is not available it will be disabled but available for future usage. o A new item added will consist of following information  Name  Description  Category  Sub Category  Pictures and videos (link to youtube)  Period of offering  Country and City  address  Rent  Contact Details Item Details Page o When clicked on any item it will display the item details with option for signed in users to request for that item. o Also the user posting the items popularity and link to his all added items. o Also displaying top 3/5 most recent items from the same category sub category combinations or items from same locations. o Button to request the item, clicking on which will ask for a confirmation and an item will be flagged as requested.
