Simple - modify one-page html template and graph some data

You can use the data from here: [login to view URL] These changes need to be made too: Heading fonts should be Ubuntu font: [login to view URL] Change the logo in the top left (I will supply it). Delete extra elements to make the end product look like our mockup sketch (i.e. no X or refresh on 4 colored boxes) Add logout button to top right as shown in mockup, use the dark blue button from button colors here: [login to view URL] All other modifications to make this look like the attached sketch. I know this is a small job, but I will have other work in the future on this project if everything looks good and you deliver on-time. This MUST be completed within an hour, and I will be able to communicate with you on Skype the whole time to address any questions you might have.
