simple opencart tweaks

Those are very simple open cart fixes...i found some ways to do them myself on the web, but i really don't want to risk it and mess things up i need the following: 1) a popup when you access main page (are you 18? yes then proceed, else, redirect to other site) i want to input my own texts and links for that pop up, i will provide them to you upon development.... 2) another popup when you try to add something to cart, (telling that you need to log in to add to cart) and redirect to login page, WITHOUT ADDING NOTHING TO CART 3) Ability to enable/disable step 2 "billing" i don't really need that stuff...but i would like to keep it handy... i want the pop up to look something like this: [login to view URL] but using my font and buttons, and actually i would the background to look more on the clear and blurry side, like android phones or windows "aero" code must not interfere with any of my current configuration, ill let you access my server before you choose wether work or not on my project, so you can assess the level of difficulty, I'm guessing for an experienced developer should not take more than a couple hours, but I'm no expert. any questions? just ask thanks!
