Hello, I am looking for development of a complete CMS for a tournament based website, which will be similair to: [login to view URL] I want the front end built and designed,(web design, coding html/php) and i want an admin panel and a user panel for the end users. The job will take no more than 30 days to complete, only bidders with past experience with this type of job will be accepted The website will include: -Admin Panel -End User Panel -Single/Double Elimination Cup System -ELO rating ladder -multi games function(Counter-strike, CoD, League of Legends, Heroes of Newerth etc.) People who playin these types of leagues are most likely to be expected for the job as they will know what will need to be done to make it good.
