18184 Web Design and Content Update

I have two different requirements within this project. If you can only do one or both, please let me know in your bid. 1st requirement: Need three websites. One is a new design, while the other two are in various stages of development. The first site is a corporate themed site. It will be the main business site for several small hosting companies. It will need to be developed from scratch. The overall look and feel should be simple, yet tasteful. Content should be easy to update. The second site is a hosting site that has been cloned from a larger hosting company. All the pages will need to be "modified" to look and feel unique, yet retain the same flow and layout. Content will also need to be provided based on what the current market has listed. I.e. create similiar packages, prices, etc... including all other pertinent information. Also, it will need the automatic account creation feature enabled inside account plus. The site will need to be able to go live immediatly with only support emails being the only thing needed for me to monitor. The third site is similiar to the second except it is not a clone. I would like for the look and feel to be updated to something a little more current. Everything required for the second site is also required for this site as well. I have all the software for the integration of all the required functions and I also have APIs for things like SSL certs, domain name registration, etc... 2nd requirement: I need members for the hosting sites. I will need to know how many members you expect and would be willing to pay accordiningly. I would require a precentage of the expected total prior to releasing escrow.
