Web site application - around 12 screens - repost

for one of our clients we will need: a web application with ~ 12 screens (can be drupal/wordpress/php) a simple site that manage a database of clients, assign each client to one of the site suppliers (3-9 suppliers) using a simple split algorithm we supply. we also supply graphic design (psd + jpg cut) + spec for work please bid if you have a good experience you can show we prefer drupal but its not a must. 2nd phase of this project (extra work) will be build some small model to send and receive data from site to server we will send detailed spec for serious bidders payment via GAF escrow only we need it finished in 4 working days after strat so please bid only if u can make it Good Luck
