Website-/CSS-Designer (opt. with Ruby on Rails knowledge)

I would like to make a total relaunch of my website and corporate identity. The website is a normal webpage with a Ruby on Rails Database integrated. I already have a programmer for Rails and only need one for the design, but it would be usefull, to have some skills in Rails. The site consists of 8 different pages. So it is a small project. But it must look professionell and trustworthy, as I am in the financing sector. Awaiting your bids.
