We want the designer who works with us to put emphasis on including social media & video throughout our website design. Social Media is going to be a huge part of our marketing strategy so we need a website which shows that we are on the cutting edge of this technology. The top website above has also used a custom facebook connect option which is something we would like to include. We want users to easily be able to connect and submit cvs to us via social media and our website.
