1 Resize the Text Area to the inside by about .04” to create more room for the current Text Area widgets to be moved to the newly expanded sidebars (golden yellow spaces behind the brown bars). Give these outer sidebars the same black color of the linked area of the tag and tagline above. You can make the sidebar with the most widgets slightly bigger than the other. Move current Text Area Widgets to the left-hand side outer sidebar of the English site and the reverse is the case for the Arabic site, with the exception of this widget “Recent Posts”, which should be placed beneath the word “Archives” and both moved to the opposite outer sidebar of each site (See below). 2- Place relocated widgets on the left-hand outer sidebar of the English site and the right-hand side outer sidebar of the Arabic; with the exception of the “Sudan News" widget which should be placed on the other outer sidebar (left on the English site and right on the Arabic site). Place this text “Recent Posts” under the word Archives on each sidebar and allow entry of the last 3 posts to be displayed right under the expression “Latest Posts” above. The Arabic equivalent of Archives is الإرشيف 3- Replace current menus with custom menus and synchronize the English menus with their corresponding Arabic menus as shown below. 1- Home 2- About US 3- Contact 4- Donation 5- Posts 6- Advertise 1- الاستقبال 2- من تحن 3- الاتصال 4- التبرعات 5- البيانات 6- الإعلان Place each menu name that pops up in the middle of the Text Area inside a small rectangular box and place this box in the furthest corner of the Text Area (right on the Arabic site and left on the English). Place the following text right beneath this rectangular box for use as the symbol of the content of this page by which it should be archived by symbol as follows for the Home page: Symbol: Home/Feb/23/2013. Follow the same procedure for the other pages, such as About/Feb/23/2013 etc; with the exception of the Posts page whose archiving symbol must include the title of the content being archived as follows: Symbol: Posts/ Nature of the Conflict/Feb 23/2013. The three Recent Posts to be displayed under “Recent Posts” above should be picked from the Posts page only. If there are no three posts available use only what is available up to a maximum of 3. 4 – Place the Language Selector right below the small rectangular box containing the page menu that is placed in the furthest corner of the Text Area. Then place the following text inside the Language Selector Box with the corresponding US of Sudanese flag as follows: English Site (with the American flag opposite to this text on the same line) and الموقع العربى with the Sudanese flag opposite to this text on the same line). The idea is to make this language selector visible to the visitor all the time. Make sure that clicking the corresponding flag will take the visitor to the same page in the other language. Also make sure that when the Language Selector Box is on the English site the English text and the American flag are on the top and when the Language Selector is on the Arabic site the Arabic text and the Sudanese flag are on the top. 5- Move the social media devices (Tweet, Facebook, Linked-in etc) now placed on the Posts page) to a spot just below the Language Selector Box above. Then create another box to be called: Email Alert Box, then write the following text above this name: “Drop your email address in below for instant notification of the latest post by the SDU”. Create the interactive box for the visitor to drop their email address inside it and replace the current word “Subscribe” with “Send”.
