Simple VPN with DSL connections' (IP changing daily)

What is needed is a simulated VPN program that must start up as a service on Windows XP;on any number of PC's on a network connected to the internet. (With or without a DSL router which has a DHCP service) It should wait till a connection is made to the internet and than send the local PC's IP info to a remote web server which has a static IP; any other PC's running the VPN program can now utilise the information on the web server to make a physical connection to the drives/directories shared (map to them) **Things to consider:- Please refer to deliverables for more information (A to F)** ## Deliverables **Things to consider:-** A) The IP changes often; when it does all PC's using the program must re-sent info to the static IP web server and all drives mapped to the various IP’s must be re-mapped. B) The interface must be simple; on initial startup a name of the VPN must be asked for and the ftp address of the static ip web server where the information is stored. If a VPN name already exists on the web server the file will have the info of all available PC's using the VPN. These PC’s should be listed with their names; shared drives/directories and IP's. If a VPN does not exist one must be created with all the relevant info of all the PC's allowed to be connected on this VPN. The information on the static IP web server should be editable at any time. C) The challenge is connecting to PC's with internal IP's generated by a DHCP service on the router; you will have to figure out how best this can be done. D) The program must regularly check (ping) the various PC's on the VPN and display the status of the PC's in a window. E) A program found at ***[login to view URL]*** creates a VPN similar to what’s needed however it has to many functions that I don't require and you can't specify a static IP web server of your choice to store relevant info. Have a peek at this program to get a better idea of use. What is brilliant of Hamachi is it generates a static unique IP for each PC on the VPN which becomes static to that VPN; this is done by an ingenious method of creating a network layer(card). Any programmer who can come up with a similar methodology would be my obvious choice; however I won't limit my selection to this being part of the program specifications as long as the programs creates a VPN F) All screens and layouts could be of your choice and you can be as innovative as you want as long as the core functionality is in place. **Deliverables :-** 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
