Portfolio Implementation into WP Theme

Looking for a proficient Wordpress developer to include a Portfolio into a responsive Bootstrap WP theme and fix an existing issue with imagefill.js. The portfolio design will be shown to selected freelancers only. Currently the portfolio images are being fetched from a custom post type and displayed in a Bootstrap modal. In future this functionality should be kept so that backend users can add portfolio items in a separate CPT. The portfolio will require a filter function, smooth animations and some "next"/"previous"- buttons to navigate within the portfolio. Of course the portfolio needs to be fully responsive and built on the Bootstrap framework. Furthermore you will be required to implement some CSS animation ([login to view URL]) for the loading process of the portfolio and ensure that all transitions are smooth.
